A NOTE FROM MELORA
I believe that Emotions Work.
I believe that Emotions Work.
When getting started in my profession as a therapist, I always referred to myself as an “Emotional Health Counselor” – wanting to avoid the stigma that “therapy, counseling, and mental health” often had. This really stuck with me. As I developed into an Emotionally Focused Therapist and the use of Emotions and seeing the powerful changes that occurred in clients when doing “Emotions Work,” I knew that this was the work that would make a difference.
I believe that Emotions Work. And when we work with and on our Emotions, we start to be able to move towards the relationships that matter to us, instead of away from them.
Let’s get started. Your relationships are worth it.
